Before you spend

Questions you may
be asking.

Straight answers for shop owners, service businesses and people starting small.

Getting started

I already get customers locally. What would improve by going online?

People can check your products, services, location and opening hours before contacting you. The aim is to make that next step easier—not replace the local trust you already have.

Do I need a website, or are Google and WhatsApp enough?

Not every shop needs a full website immediately. Accurate Google Business Profile information and a useful WhatsApp journey may be the right first step. We look at how your customers choose before suggesting what to build.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes, we can discuss a focused first phase. A catalogue, service page or profile improvement can be considered separately from a larger website. Any future additions need their own agreed scope.

Can you improve what I already have?

Share your existing website, logo or profiles. We will review what is useful and what needs attention before recommending a rebuild.

Cost & ownership

What is a one-time cost, and what keeps renewing?

Design and development are different from domain, hosting, maintenance and advertising spend. Ask for those items separately in your proposal so you can see both the initial and ongoing cost. Prices depend on the agreed scope.

Will the domain, website and accounts belong to me?

Ownership, account access, source-file handover and third-party licences should be set out in the written scope before work begins. We will clarify the arrangements for your project rather than assume every platform has the same terms.

Who will update products, prices and offers?

That depends on the setup. Tell us how often information changes and who will maintain it. We can discuss an editing interface or a managed-update scope; neither is automatically included in every website.

Results & support

What do you need from me, and how long will it take?

Usually your business details, products or services, approved photos, existing access and timely feedback. The schedule depends on scope and content readiness and should be agreed before the build starts.

Will this guarantee Google ranking or more sales?

No. A clearer website or profile can improve the route to an enquiry, but rankings and sales depend on many factors—including competition, your offer and how enquiries are handled. We do not promise a ranking position or a sales figure.

What happens after launch—or if something stops working?

Before launch, confirm the support period, what is covered, response arrangements and any ongoing maintenance charges. Hosting issues, third-party changes and new features should be distinguished from the agreed build scope.

Your business. Your next useful step.

Seen something
that feels relevant?

Tell us what your customers need to see or do. We’ll discuss a suitable starting point—not assume you need everything.
